Terms of use

Last updated September 22, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Folmixo service (folmixo.me, “the service”, “we”). By signing up or using the service, you accept these terms. Contact us: support@folmixo.me.

1. The service

The service provides browser-based tools for converting images and working with PDFs. Files are processed on the user’s device; the results depend on the capabilities of the user’s browser and device.

2. Free plan

The tools are available after free registration, subject to the limits listed on the “Pricing” page.

3. Pro plan and payment

  • A subscription is purchased for a month or a year and renews automatically until auto-renewal is turned off in your account.
  • After auto-renewal is turned off, access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices are listed on the “Pricing” page in Russian rubles and include all applicable taxes. We may change prices; a new price applies from the next renewal period, and we notify you by email in advance of any increase.
  • If the service doesn’t work because of us, write to us within 14 days of payment and we’ll refund the current period. If a payment is refunded, Pro access ends immediately.
  • Pro does not make processing faster: speed depends on the user’s device.

4. User responsibilities

Users process only files they have the rights to and are responsible for their contents. Users keep their password secret.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to make the tools accurate, but we don’t guarantee that results will suit a particular purpose or that the service will be available without interruption. Files are processed on your device and we never have access to them, so we can’t recover them if they are lost. Keep your original files until you have checked the result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account in your account settings. Automatic subscription renewal is turned off before deletion.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation: write to support@folmixo.me and we’ll reply within 10 business days. If we can’t reach an agreement, the dispute is resolved in court as provided by law, without limiting your rights as a consumer.
