How it works

  1. 1Add a PDF and pick a tool from the toolbar: text, replace text, image, shapes, drawing or redaction.
  2. 2Click or drag on the page. You can move, resize and delete items; Ctrl+Z undoes an action.
  3. 3Click “Save PDF” and download the document.

Limitations

  • Documents up to 200 MB.
  • Password-protected documents can’t be processed — remove the protection in the app where the document was created.
  • Bookmarks, attachments, interactive forms and scripts aren’t carried over to the result. Scripts in PDFs are never run.
  • PDF text isn’t edited, and no OCR or compression is performed.
  • “Replace” paints over the old line with the background color and writes the new text on top. The font may differ from the original, and long text doesn’t wrap automatically.
  • A “Hide” fill without secure removal only covers the content. With secure removal turned on, those pages become images.
